Neurotrend – Business Development Associate / Digital Marketing Associate

As we push on to extend the frontiers of modern marketing, we know that a brilliant company calls for
brilliant minds. We are opening exclusive internship opportunities in 2019 to 5 highly-motivated and driven
students. Business Development Associates will get to experience the inner workings of developing a
business and will receive the autonomy of handling senior management clients, and Marketing
Associates will be handed the opportunities to spearhead marketing campaigns and build valuable
networks with senior-level clients.

Penultimate year students with excellent performance may be offered the opportunity to join our
Management Associate Programme upon graduation.

Responsibilities (Business Development Associate)

• Work closely with our director and managers to develop growth strategies for the company

• Deal sourcing and preparation of sales decks for potential clients

• Lead implementation of sales and operational plans for client labs

• Other ad-hoc duties

Responsibilities (Digital Marketing Associate)

• Work closely with our manager to manage and execute the marketing strategies of the company

• Create and lead marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our brand

• Collaborate with strategic media partners to augment our brand image

• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
• Singaporean/PR currently studying in a local tertiary institution

• Strong interest and basic knowledge in digital and content marketing or in strategic management and business development

• Minimum LOA of 6 months from school is required during the period of internship

• Able to multitask effectively and manage various initiatives

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial prowess in leading tasks and in decision-making
