Support IT operational and coordination support for all users in DSEA-Singapore Operations for Sales and Aftersales related system, and local business applications managed by Local IT as well as Daimler AG Strategic Applications.
Local IT support for:
- Autoline IMS system, for Aftersales Technical system and system maintenance support.
- Other related After Sales application central system
- Backup support for SWT system and interface
- Raise and manage tickets in CISM and coordinate with Second and Third level support team
- Serve as a first level backup among the first level team.
- Manage IT management on IT initiative and project for DSEA.
- Scope of the first level support include demand management, service delivery, service operation, and project management
- Assist in SA management and budgeting process
- And other reasonable tasks.
Qualifications - External Specific knowledge: -
- Understanding of and commitment to IT as a service function
- Good understanding of all Mercedes-Benz business processes & applications as the international sales organization
- Very self-reliant working style
- Working in an international and intercultural context - Good spoken and written English
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good communication and training skills - General supervisory/management skills
- Independent and a self motivator
