What You’ll Experience:

  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, communities, and strategic partners to drive growth opportunities.

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration channels while maintaining CRM and follow-up systems.

  • Coordinate meetings, networking events, outreach campaigns, recruitment, and branding initiatives to support business development.

  • Research market trends, leverage AI and digital tools, and collaborate with leadership to execute new business initiatives and improve productivity.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Possess Diploma in any disciplinary

  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience; internships or experience in sales, marketing, business development, events, social media, or design/presentations are a plus.

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Highly organised, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.

  • Positive, resilient, adaptable, and emotionally mature with excellent follow-up discipline.

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in using AI tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
