Bordeaux Direct Pte Ltd – Marketing & eCommerce Intern

Château Canon Chaigneau is a family-owned wine estate in Lalande-de-Pomerol, Bordeaux, with a direct-to-consumer business in Singapore (Bordeaux Direct Pte Ltd). We sell through two Shopify storefronts, run our own email marketing, and host regular tastings and winemaker events in Singapore.

Marketing & eCommerce Intern — Boutique Bordeaux Wine Estate (Singapore)

We're looking for a marketing intern to work directly with the founders on the day-to-day of a small but ambitious wine brand. This is a hands-on role: your work goes live, and you'll see its impact on real sales.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled student (marketing, communications, business or similar)
• Strong written English and a good eye for design
• Organised, autonomous, comfortable owning tasks end to end
• Experience with Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify or Meta a plus — we'll train you on the rest
• Interest in wine, food or hospitality is a bonus, not a requirement

Details

• Full-time paid internship: SGD 1,100/month allowance (negotiable based on experience)
• Part-time arrangement possible for the right candidate
• Hybrid working — mostly office-based during onboarding, more flexibility after
• Start date: 17 August 2026 (or as soon as possible after)
• Minimum 4–6 months preferred — we're open to a longer commitment, including continuing part-time alongside your studies
• Based in Singapore

What you'll do

• Design newsletters, Instagram content and event materials (Canva)
• Build and send email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
• Update and improve product pages and content on our Shopify stores
• Support our Instagram presence (posts, stories, reels)
• Write and publish blog articles
• Coordinate order fulfilment: liaise with our warehouse for order preparation and arrange last-mile deliveries (Lalamove)
• Issue invoices and handle basic billing (Xero)
• Help with events (winemaker dinners, tastings)
