Job Description
- Revenue: Prepare invoices and ensures that all projects are billed to clients.
- Expense: Make online payments for all expenses incurred.
- Accounts Receivable: Track incoming funds & chase clients for payment.
- Accounts Payable: Monitor deadlines and ensure that payment is made in a timely manner.
- Cash Management & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy cash balance.
- Prepare payments on internet banking platform, prepare bank reconciliation statement.
- Management Reporting: Prepare monthly and yearly reports.
- Year-end closing: Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules and analysis.
- Tax Matters: Submit GST returns and corporate tax returns, prepare IR8A for employees.
