The company’s success and continued growth led to the decision to set up its marine division with its core focus on servicing the oil and gas, shipping and marine industries. By leveraging on its founder’s many years of diving experience as well as his other commercial underwater exposure, this division began to take big strides in this ground.

Today, we have diversified our business further in transportation to meet the local transportation and logistics needs of most industries. 

We are seeking an experienced senior finance executive to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, statutory compliance, and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts for Holding Company and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly and year-end group consolidated financial statements.
• Monitor and manage Cashflow, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting.
• Prepare quarterly GST filing, CPF submissions, tax computations, and other statutory filings, etc.
• Fixed asset management.
• Oversee AR and AP functions to ensure transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare audit documents / schedules for Holding Company and its Subsidiaries.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, Company Secretary, and other relevant authorities.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar industry.
• Knowledge in ABSS Accounting software.
• Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to lead a team effectively.
