Momos is hiring for an Operations intern who is meticulous and willing to take on tasks big and small. This role sits in the Operations team which will support every function within the company, including Sales, Product, Account Management and more. There will be many exciting opportunities to learn from each team but you will also have to put in the time and effort to support even the smallest of tasks - every little contribution counts in a hypergrowth startup. The team has a good mix of extremely competent yet fun-loving individuals, who are very serious about our job and our contributions, but who are also willing to teach and groom you in your early career. This will be a great opportunity for University students who want to get good exposure to business and get to "work the ground" before embarking on their career. 

Job Description
  • Render strong support to both the Operations and Product teams in building and executing on workflows/ SOPs pertaining to product quality checks and raise any issues found
  • Take ownership of EDM tools and work with cross functional project owners to launch and optimise on campaigns.
  • Render support to Account Managers/ Customer Success team in resolving clients' problems raised in a timely manner through strong coordination with Product and Engineering teams
  • Track and report on number of problems identified and resolved to understand product issues and breakages
  • Accomplish adhoc operational tasks and projects as required to ensure smooth business operations

 

Ideal Background

  • University student pursuing a degree in Business Operations, Marketing, Economics or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Meticulous and able to accurately complete tasks independently without any negligence
  • Willing to put in the best effort even on the mundane task
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn the skills and tools required for the job
  • Willing to commit for 6 months
