Responsibilities:
- Assist human resource team in sourcing for candidates through various methods to fulfil the recruitment needs of all subsidiaries companies such as through resume screening, shortlisting, fixing of appointments, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for the different positions
- Contact potential candidates through cold calls and messages
- Manage several social media sites such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and so on
- Brainstorms recruitments ideas.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Handle necessary paper works and coordination
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube
- Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
- Good communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to self-pick up new skills required
- Be able to feedback problem
