MEX Global Markets – KYC / Admin Analyst Intern

The Job

• You will be part of the client service and operations team reporting to the CS & Operations Manager
• Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities
• Perform onboarding KYC due diligence of new relationships and existing clients
• Liaise and coordinate with Front Office and Clients on the collection of the KYC documents/information
• Escalate complex cases to local Compliance Manager/Officer for advice, clarification or validation where applicable
• Inputting and maintenance of the data/accounts of the Clients into the back-office system
• To take part in projects and perform UAT testing on back-office system setup as assigned by the Manager
• Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin duties such as coordinating interviews for hiring managers

Requirements:

• Internship stint is for a minimum period of 3 months. , preferably up to 6 months.
• Preference will be given to those who can start asap
• Current university student, studying a bachelor’s degree
• We are also open to candidates who are currently taking a gap year in their studies.
• Interest in financial products or in the fintech space
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, initiatives, problem solving, driven and ambitious in delivering results
• Proficient in MS Office
