Job Description

(1) Develop strategy programmes to promote the Company's organisation core values

(2) Lead operation/management succession planning, capability development and employee engagement

(3) Manage internal and external parties during contract development to analyse and solidify an overall contract strategy

(4) Manage negotiating terms, conditions and pricing and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied

(5) Manage actions with internal procurement and legal teams if required

(6) Review guidelines on contractual clauses to mitigate contract conflicts

(7) Manage resources issued to project sites meeting cleaning efficiency, service standards and contractual requirements

(8) Analyse and manage major incidents and emergencies in collaboration with relevant persons

(9) Make critical decisions to resolve major incidents and emergencies

(10) Develop contingency plan on safety aspects covering incident management, hazard identified

(11) Manage the capability development of staff with technology support as required

(12) Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery

(13) Implement strategic plans to improve relationships with clients

(14) Collaborate with company's stakeholders to achieve business goals

(15) Develop and review of strategic plans to improve relationships with clients

(16) Drive opportunities to improve market visibility and presence of the organisation

(17) Direct the development and review of operation policies and procedures

(18) Lead budget planning for the business operations
