Digital Marketing Intern (Community Management)
Job Description
As a community management intern, you will be part of our marketing team as the voice of our brands. You will work on growing and engaging communities within the social landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Account Managers in establishing and maintaining the tone of voice for brands on social media
- Monitoring community engagement levels through KPIs and tools as well as providing recommendations on content optimization
- Monitoring comments on clients’ social media channels, recommending and posting responses, monitoring customer reviews and flagging any potential issues
- Managing and coordinating with clients to respond to community members in a timely, thoughtful and empathetic manner
- Perform research on current benchmark, trends and audience preferences
- Work with team to curate and implement social media strategies and content
- Helping out with any ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Relevant marketing/digital/social media experience
- Excellent command of written English and communication skills
- Proficient in social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
- Meticulous with a keen eye
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fresh Graduates with a Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines in Universities / Polytechnics are welcome to apply.
- Work on weekdays, 9am - 6pm
- Able to commit for minimum 6 months
