- Job Description
(1) Develop and implement training plan for all staff to meet site cleaning requirement and customer service satisfaction levels
(2) Implement Quality Service Programme
(3) Oversee the preparation of tender specifications and quotations for cleaning operations
(4) Manage existing clients contract conflicts
(5) Analyse potential contract risks arising from contract changes
(6) Conduct analysis on flexible tender pricing with explanation and approval
(7) Ensure sufficient stock of supplies of chemicals, materials and equipment
(8) Plan and select appropriate equipment and/or technologies and supplies for project sites
(9) Evaluate, identify and recommend equipment and/or technologies that are suitable for business operations
(10) Oversee the control and allocation of resources to project sites
(11) Review incident and emergency reports
(12) Manage and report incident and emergency investigations
(13) Oversee, conduct and review contingency WSH plans
(14) Manage the planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
(15) Develop plans to promote good teamwork in alignment with organisational core values
(16) Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
(17) Ensure teams adhere to company and site cleaning operations requirements
(18) Facilitate budget planning for cleaning operations
