We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Associate to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for our Delivery Representatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Delivery Representatives (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals. online platforms and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews/phone screenings.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates on application status and onboarding process
- Support onboarding activities for new hiresLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs
Requirements:
- Willing to travel between our Pasir Panjang and Woodlands warehouses
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
