Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Review drawings and specifications, and coordinate layouts and M&E/service requirements with internal design teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other trades, including attending site and coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, material submissions, method statements and risk assessments.
• Plan manpower, subcontractors and material deliveries, and supervise site installation works.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and site requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, user training and defect rectification.
• Prepare handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranty records.
• Support project costing, variations and progress claims.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building or Facilities Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2- 3 years’ project execution experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and M&E
• Familiar with Singapore site practices and WSH regulations.
• Valid Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) certificate. Those with Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) has an advantage.
• Willing to work outside office hours due to project schedules if required.
• Preferably with Class 3 driving license.
