Job Description
- Monitoring and surveillance of investment guidelines including setting up/maintaining of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists
- Post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and following up on breaches identified
- Scheduled reporting to clients and trustee
- Audit preparation and Compliance manual checks controls
- Design and develop automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool
- Analyze business process to identify opportunities for automation, build, test and deploy RPA bots to automate routine and repetitive tasks
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Meticulous & self-motivated individual
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Positive/good learning attitude and a fast learner
- Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design and business process analysis
- Experience in deploying automation solutions or developing automated processes through programming languages will be an added advantage
- Able to commit 6 months (full time)
