Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of interns/contractors (including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling of interviews)
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Assist in the preparation of intern payroll
- Update and maintain employee records
- Provide support to the HR & Corporate Services team which includes covering of receptionist duties and dispatch
- Assist in the planning of team building event
- Digitization of employee personal file/records
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- A strong team player who is matured and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and persevering personality
- Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months
