POSITION SUMMARY
SLOB Internship role is a short term Live Project for SLOB Optimization for Johnson & Johnson
Consumer Division. It is part of key program in the region to minimize waste from the supply
chain by leveraging concepts of predictive risk assessment and building mitigation plans. The
role would focus on multiple workstreams- S&OP Governance, Supply Chain Agility, New
Product Development and Returns. The role would be to support developing Proof of Concepts
for SLOB mitigation and avoidance and build a playbook basis the learnings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Workstream DRIs to identify the opportunities of SLOB prevention and
mitigation
Builds Risk Assessment tool for SLOB prediction
Tracks SLOB Progress in every workstreams and Markets
Escalates key gaps in any workstream
Qualifications
Master / Bachelor Degree/MBA
Hands-on experience of Excel
Quick learner
Fluent in English
Demonstrates integrity and good interpersonal skills
Supply chain experience would be added advantage
