Job Description
- conduct live software demos for clients (online)
- Understand client business needs and tailor demo flows accordingly
- Clearly explain AI CRM software features, workflows, and use cases in a client-friendly manner
- Highlight key value propositions, benefits, and ROI during demos
- Handle client questions confidently and escalate technical queries when required
- Prepare demo environments, accounts, and data prior to sessions
- Gather client feedback after demos and share insights with internal team
- Managing of inhouse social media account
