POSITION SUMMARY
Inventory Internship role is a short term Live Project for Inventory Optimization for Johnson &
Johnson Consumer Division. It leverages concepts of Synchronization across all nodes (Supplier
to Customer) to build optimal inventory levels. The project would involve working with multiple
functions to implement inventory optimization workstreams namely: RPM Optimization, Non
Focus SKU levels, Transit time optimization, MOQ optimization and Deep dive in-country
opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes inventory turnover data across multiple nodes (Plant, DC, Customer, Intransit)
to quantify the project benefits and prioritize actions
Works along with Inventory Lead to build implementation plan and tracking progress
Works along with cross functional team for update of Workstreams
Escalates gaps against project plan
Qualifications
Master / Bachelor Degree/MBA
Hands-on experience of Excel
Quick learner
Fluent in English
Demonstrates integrity and good interpersonal skills
Supply chain experience would be added advantage
