Position: Supply Management Executive
Location: 223 Mountbatten Road #02-28, 223 @ Mountbatten, Singapore 398008
Employment Type: Contract
Employment Duration: 3 Months
Salary: 2,900 and below
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management Portal (SIM):
- Work with Vendors and Supply Management Team to onboard vendors in the Portal.
- Monitor and ensure that Vendors have submitted all the necessary documentation into SIM Portal.
- Frame and Rebate Agreement:
- Assist the Supply Management Team to build up the missing documentation.
- Follow Up with Vendors and ensure the sign off the Agreement.
- Record Retention
- Vendor Site Audit:
- Update the Vendor Site Audit Tracker
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
