J Pentagon – Admin cum Operation Assistant

J Pentagon is fashion company that manufactures it's own line of apparels and operates an e-commerce store under our own in-house label. 

Mid 2020 we launch another line of ladies fashion where we sourced for high quality products and e-tail via social media platforms. 

We need somebody who's detailed oriented, loves fashion and are social media savvy.

Key scoop of work :

• Replying to online enquiries
• Data entry (Proficiency in microsoft office and google spreadsheet is an added bonus)
• QC of items and packing of parcel

Adhoc duties

Requirement :

• Hardworking individual who's able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to new changes, proactive and attentive to detail.
