Job Description

SUMMARY

This position reports to the Outsourcing managers and interfaces with company HR staff and other departments. We are committed to an employee-orientated, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workplace.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Handle full sets of accounts including reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, month/year-end closing and year-end audit schedules for clients.
  • Preparation of financial reports and tax (If required)
  • Able to work in teams and support the Managers/Team Heads in meeting targets.
  • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
  • Able to communicate effectively with departments and clients to ensure a timely completion of work.
  • Other accounting duties or assignments.
  • Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

As an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), we support you in your learning journey and accomplishment of professional qualifications, such as CA (Singapore), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

  • Possess minimum a Diploma or higher in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 to 4 years of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Meticulous and good analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Results-driven
