• Manage e-Commerce stores on various platforms.
• Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory.
• Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
• Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
• Work closely with the warehouse and operations team.
• Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
• Analysis of sales events and campaigns.
• Gather information about campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
