What You’ll Do
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels and campaign visuals
- Create ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, TikTok and other platforms
- Produce static and light motion graphics to support digital campaigns
- Adapt concepts into multiple sizes and formats for A/B testing
- Maintain organised design files and follow brand guidelines
- Work with content, social and performance teams to translate briefs into visuals
- Ensure creatives meet platform specs and performance-friendly best practices
What You Should Have
- Strong design sense in layout, colour, typography and digital aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or Canva
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and handle revisions professionally
- Bonus: basic animation, short-form video editing or motion graphics
