Guardian Singapore was established in 1972 as a pharmacy in Singapore. In 1981, Guardian Health & Beauty made our first foray into beauty when we opened a store at Jelita Shopping Centre in Singapore that sold beauty products. Since then, Guardian Health & Beauty has steadily branched out to offer a comprehensive and affordable range of health and beauty products and services.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Human Resources, you will be fully involved in every aspect of HR, from strategic to operational issues. You will be part of a team of HR Executives/Officers in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. As a team, you will work with operation departments in recruitment, workplace and industrial relation, performance management etc.
- Update employees’ personal particulars, change in employees’ employment status, cost centre and upkeep the personnel data base on a daily basis
- Create personal files, type labels, etc. for new hires or changes/movement of staff
- Keep records of staff due for confirmation, anniversaries, salary adjustments and prepare letters for Heads of Department.
- Responsible for all up keeping and filing of personal files.
- Process resignation and termination letters. Prepare letters for resign staff.
- Update personnel data base.
- Close records of all files pertaining to resign staff.
- Participation in Job fairs and any other recruitment initiatives
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned by superiors from time to time

- Monday to Friday, 830am-6pm
- 3 months contract, subjected to extention
