Company Profile

This is a full-time, remote internship role for a Content Intern at Founders Doc.

In this creative and tech-forward role, you will sit at the intersection of startup culture, legal-tech, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for translating complex legal and business concepts into engaging marketing content across social media and email newsletters. Working closely with our internal team, you will leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and solve technical tasks (like using AI to generate and edit email HTML code), executing highly polished content campaigns with maximum efficiency.

Job Description

Development Milestones

We believe in structured growth. During this internship, your journey will look like this:

  • Months 1-2: Build a deep understanding of Founders Doc’s services, target audience, and brand voice. Master our proprietary workflows, learn to prompt AI tools effectively for our brand, and assist the team in executing weekly content and email newsletters.
  • Months 3-4: Take independent ownership of specific content tracks (e.g., short-form video or email campaigns). Learn to confidently use AI tools to troubleshoot email layouts or edit HTML links independently, analyse performance metrics, and optimise campaigns based on data.
  • Months 5-6: Confidently pitch new content formats, drive cross-functional collaborations across the team, and actively contribute to the overarching growth of Founders Doc.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Content Creation

  • AI-Assisted Production: Leverage generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to brainstorm concepts, draft initial copy, outline video scripts, and speed up content production while maintaining strict brand alignment.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality organic and paid content, with a focus on short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and professional storytelling (LinkedIn).
  • Conduct basic research to write sharp, engaging captions and educational copy tailored to the startup community.

2. Technical & Operations Support

  • AI-Powered Technical Support: Use AI tools to generate, modify, and troubleshoot HTML code for email newsletters, update tracking links, and fix formatting issues before campaigns go live.
  • Email Marketing Support: Set up, test, and dispatch email marketing campaigns and newsletters, ensuring all technical elements (links, layouts) function perfectly.
  • Campaign Management: Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars, managing multiple media assets simultaneously to ensure everything is organised and delivered on time.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the team to extract legal or operational insights, capture on-camera talent, and turn company milestones into compelling narratives.

3. Analytics & Community Engagement

  • Actively monitor, engage with, and grow our online communities across platforms by responding to comments and tracking engagement.
  • Review email and social platform analytics (open rates, click-through rates, video views), extract relevant performance data, and assist in creating monthly reports for the team.
  • Keep a constant pulse on emerging digital formats, platform algorithm updates, and B2B marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • AI-Fluent & Prompt Savvy: Highly proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) not just for writing text, but for technical problem-solving—like prompting an AI to generate or edit HTML links and fix code snippets.
  • Tech-Forward & Adaptable: A digital native with a strong willingness to stretch beyond traditional marketing tasks. You should be comfortable using AI as a tool to figure out technical workflows you might not know how to do manually.
  • Creative & Video-First Mindset: Highly proficient in shooting and editing short-form video content on mobile or desktop (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or in-app editors).
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong project management abilities with a hawk-like eye for detail—especially when checking that AI-generated formats and tracking links are flawless before sending.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a passion for wordsmithery and making complex topics feel accessible.
  • Startup & Business Interest: A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, legal-tech, or the startup ecosystem. You don't need a law degree, but you must be eager to learn the lingo.
  • Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Business, or a related field.
