Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • You will support the team in coming up community activities, influencer engagement, and content ideation to achieve the goals of our community projects.
  • The successful candidate will report to Brand Activation Manager.
  • You will take ownership of collaborating with the Content Marketing and Growth Marketing team on the ideation, planning and communication of these initiatives as well as the tracking and measurement.
  • This is a full-time internship with minimum duration of 3 months/part-time internship with a minimum duration of 6 months.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Marketing

  • Support with development of content strategy, coordinate and execute content and communications plans targeted at increasing engagement of our communities and customers
  • Responsible for planning, writing, editing and posting of blog content and email marketing assets, focused on copywriting and user flows
  • Coordinate with Growth Managers and project leads to support marketing, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc) and community campaigns
  • Social Media
  • Conceptualize, execute and track the performance of our social media engagement/community initiatives to increase followers and community members, and improve engagement rates and brand affinity
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback, new interest groups
  • Coordinate with social media influencers and manage deliverables and timelines
  • Community
  • Coordinate with brands, social media influencers, and community members on community initiatives and programs, manage deliverables and timelines
  • Plan and execute customer and user interviews to derive user insights and develop actionable recommendations to improve community experience
  • Support with administering reward programs for community to drive loyalty and stickiness to our community platforms

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication ability both verbal and written are required for this role
  • Open-minded with ability to clearly brainstorm, communicate problems and discuss solutions
  • Intuitive and able to empathize with customers, influencers to find solutions for problems
  • Able to think creatively and ideate on innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
  • Experience with photography and image/video editing software apps for social media, and experience in content creation is a plus.
