About Indexync
Indexync is an early-stage SaaS startup building the backend operating system for e-commerce sellers in Southeast Asia.
We help sellers seamlessly manage products, inventory, and orders across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, reducing manual work and helping them scale more efficiently.
We are currently in an exciting growth experimentation phase, using content as a key channel to engage small sellers, test messaging, and better understand what resonates in the market.
This is a highly hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a meaningful role in shaping how we grow.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern (Social Media & Growth) to help drive our content-led growth efforts.
This role will focus primarily on short-form social media content and brand storytelling, while also supporting broader content initiatives such as educational seller resources, guides, blog content, and growth messaging.
This is ideal for someone who is:
- creative and social-media native
- strong in storytelling and content execution
- excited by startup environments
- keen to experiment and move quickly
You will work closely with the founder to help build our content engine and support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Social media content creation
- Create short-form video and visual content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Edit videos into engaging, fast-paced formats with captions, text overlays, and transitions
- Turn founder insights, seller pain points, and product features into compelling content
- Repurpose one idea into multiple content formats
2) Content marketing & educational resources
- Draft blog posts, seller guides, help articles, and educational content
- Support the creation of onboarding materials and FAQ resources
- Help translate customer pain points into educational content that builds trust and awareness
- Assist with landing page and website copy where needed
3) Content strategy & experimentation
- Research content trends, competitor messaging, and relevant social formats
- Test different hooks, storytelling angles, and messaging themes
- Track which content resonates best with sellers
- Suggest ideas for future content experiments
4) Growth support
- Work closely with the founder to align content with user acquisition and seller feedback
- Help transform customer insights into content themes
- Support campaign and community engagement initiatives where relevant
Who We’re Looking For

- has strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and marketing
- understands short-form content and what drives engagement
- enjoys writing and visual storytelling
- is proactive and comfortable suggesting ideas
- can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- is keen to learn about SaaS, e-commerce, and startup growth
Bonus if you have experience with:
- CapCut / Canva / VN / Adobe tools
- social media content creation
- running your own social or content page
- blog writing or editorial content
- startup / e-commerce experience
