Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for in-person and virtual classroom trainings.
  • Drive the success of our digital learning platform – Leonardo and take advantage of its latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives for both eyewear and eyecare solutions.
  • Measure and monitor the impact of these educational programs .
  • Coordinate training schedules according to business priorities.
  • Able to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining training records, tracking and creating reports on trainings outcome.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Coordinator – organize training sessions (F2F & Virtual).
  • Administrator - Tracking training and development progress.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying with Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or any other related fields.
  • Interest in learning and development.
  • Business oriented and familiar in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Reliable, precise with good organization skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate – know how to engage, manage and direct people.
  • Have high attention to details, follow through and focus on delivering assigned work.
  • Interest in fashion is a bonus.
