We provide one-stop rapid procurement of electrical appliances and equipment parts for marine ship operators and offshore entities that have tight deadlines to meet. In addition, we provide electrical wiring/ rewiring services, Ship’s store, provision requisition and bond store.

• Handle AR AR invoices and AP
• Perform account reconciliations, 
• Issue statement of account 
• Send letter of reminder for overdue payment
• Support in monthly closing activities, 
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
• Liase with different stakeholders for any issues relating to billing matters. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Involved in continuous improvement and documentation of the end-to-end accounts receivables process
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
