Little Happy Haus LLP – Business Development Intern

General Responsibilities:

• Listing of products on e-commerce platforms, managing of Individual e-store account, responsible for the e-commerce operations
• Stock-taking, packing online orders and co-ordinate logistics arrangement
• Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for e-commerce platform and product strategies to drive traffic & sales
• Maintaining and updating the company’s online store and social media while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately
• Provide good support to customers for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Responsible for management and online sales of various e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and our individual website
• Attend pop-up events as and when we have one
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Confident with good communication, verbal, written and time management skills
• Team player
• Content and photoshop experience preferred

Other Information:

• Working hours: 9.30am to 5:30pm
• 5 days work week - possible to WFH 2 days per week
• Location: Tanah Merah
