We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our Asia Pacific sales and marketing department to support our business growth.

As a marketing intern, you will work directly with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist in the Singapore office. With your excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities, you will assist in executing a range of marketing initiatives and programs using your knowledge of marketing techniques and creative ideas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the development of marketing (written, video, and image) content, including designs, layouts, infographics, booklets, presentations, photography, videography, email communications, social media, articles, etc.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strategies, and planning.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in any tradeshows, events, and conference planning, coordination, and execution.
• Liaise with external vendors, as necessary, including photographers, videographers, event organizers, etc.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in marketing.
• Gather regional industry and competition intel for stakeholders’ consumption.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Current enrollment in a diploma or undergraduate course for Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Passion for the general aviation industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Fluent in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent project management & communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with multitasking.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with the use of graphic design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Basic photography, image, and video editing skills is a plus.
