Job Description

For the Corporate Communications Intern (Events Management) role, we are looking to work with someone who loves cocoa and chocolate & exemplifies the following:

- Proven track record in event management and planning, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.

- Skilled at managing tight deadlines under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in high-stakes environments.

- Experienced in vendor-management, ensuring quality delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth collaboration with external partners.

- Proactive and resourceful, anticipating challenges, solving problems quickly, and keeping logistics on track.

- Clear and effective communication style, able to convey information across diverse teams and cultures while maintaining alignment.

- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa) & Global Cocoa team on other projects as assigned.
