    We are the leading baking & cake specialist in Singapore and we are looking for an ambitious, creative, passionate and driven Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team. 
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales - Corporate/Bulk/Seasonal Campaigns/B2B:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Create, update and organizing sales deck for each respective target group. (corporate/bulk/special occasions)
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and negotiate proposals, closing deals effectively.
  • Communicate with respective team to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Keep track & follow up with customers on outstanding payments
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Monthly sales report for the respective sales categories.

Customer Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.
  • Ensure all feedback/complaints are looked into and closed within company SOP standards.
  • Custodian of our review system and to ensure KPIs are met throughout all verticals

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant business subject.
  • Demonstrable experience in the fields of e-commerce or corporate sales or customer service .
  • Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
  • Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
  • Superb data analysis and report writing abilities - excel and numbers
  • Hungry for growth.
