- Managing daily social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in email, messaging platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, email
Provide business administrative support to marketing department in coordinating delivery of public relation kits and organisation of data for marketing events
Writing of professional emails to third-party service providers and follow-up management of their services
On-the-job training provided on how to make marketing material using Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro
