Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a Content Calendar
  • Develop and implement Social Media Strategies (tactics and contents), ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the brand's direction.
  • Responsible for creation and curation of content on the relevant social media platforms and other day-to-day activities.
  • Optimize Social Media Channels to increase follower base, drive engagements and traffic to website.

Public Relations & KOL Marketing

  • Identify and work with a network of KOLs.
  • Identify trends and conceptualize creative campaign ideas to engage KOLs.
  • Assist in media monitoring, logistical matters, post-campaign evaluation and regular report production.

Others

  • General market research to boost brand competitiveness and relevancy.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Support and facilitate the development and implementation of all PR & Social Media duties

 

Minimum Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Media & Communication, Public Relations or related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in relevant field. Prior experience working with KOLs and/or Social Media management will be preferred.
  • Well acquainted with social media platforms, social content marketing and the PR/KOL marketing function.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with a strong copy vetting and writing skills.
  • Have a good eye for social media visuals and a proactive self-starter.
  • Team Player with a positive learning attitude and pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
