Major Areas of Responsibility

• Provides technical services including installation & maintenance services on systems, workstations, PC, Lans etc.
• Handles customer and channel & sales’ queries on service details and work progress.
• Performs housekeeping administrative jobs to ensure compliance of internal policies& procedures.
• Schedules maintenance jobs based on customer needs and contractual agreements.
• Determines usage of parts & labor for repairs and recommend service charges.
• Escalate problems as appropriate.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience.
• Able to work in a team
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin
