Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for professional handling of call-in & walk-in customer enquiries.
  • Provides quotation on products selling & solution to best meet customers' requirement.
  • Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage new account to expand customer breadth and sales performance.
  • Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related segments to improve sales.
  • Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation, prospecting, accounts management and involves in developing sales strategies to meet sales targets.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of corporate sales experience with good computer integration knowledge or relevant industry.
  • Enthusiastic in learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.
  • Analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English in both speaking & writing
