- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for professional handling of call-in & walk-in customer enquiries.
- Provides quotation on products selling & solution to best meet customers' requirement.
- Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage new account to expand customer breadth and sales performance.
- Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related segments to improve sales.
- Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation, prospecting, accounts management and involves in developing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience with good computer integration knowledge or relevant industry.
- Enthusiastic in learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.
- Analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English in both speaking & writing
