Megasafe Technology Pte Ltd – Junior IT Support Technician

We provide innovative technology solutions for the F&B and retail industries, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, self-ordering kiosks, QR and online ordering, payment integration, CRM & membership, inventory management, cloud reporting and system integration.

We focus on using cloud technology, automation and AI to help businesses streamline operations, improve productivity and enhance the customer experience.

The role

Entry-level, hands-on and client-facing. You'll support our internal teams and clients across hardware, software and networks, with real exposure to IT support, networking and systems administration.

What you'll do

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

- Support daily system administration, software installations, updates and configurations

- Help maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and databases

- Monitor system performance; support cybersecurity, backup and disaster-recovery routines

- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, including on-site

- Maintain IT documentation — network diagrams, user guides and SOPs

- Participate in IT projects and the rollout of new solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related tasks

What we're looking for

- NITEC, Diploma in Computer, IT or a related field

- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin — required to support our Chinese-speaking clients

- Good working knowledge of Windows and networking fundamentals

- Positive attitude, hardworking and efficient; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to learn and adopt the latest AI tools

Advantageous

- Experience in application software support, with on-site support and implementation

- Knowledge of databases and/or programming
