Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function in the HR team
• Manage interview scheduling process and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with talent sourcing for various job opportunities
• Conducting reference checks for selected candidates
• Support University Relations projects/events and liaise with different vendors
• Help with idea generation for internal communications
• Any other ad-hoc duties within the Talent Acquisition function

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Business Administration/Psychology etc.
• Strong interest in HR (Talent Acquisition), prior HR internship experience is a plus but not required
• Quick learner with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Able to commit full-time from July 2021 until December 2021 (Longer internship period is welcomed)
