Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and create value for customers through the successful implementation of technology platforms to support organisational success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales plans for the identified technology solutions
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. internal subject matter experts, principals, marketing team) to develop proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team, in generating leads through various platforms (e.g. web, social media, conferences, workshops), and follow up on sales leads to maximise sales conversion
  • Conduct post-sales support and account management by training users, demonstrating the system capabilities, providing updates of the products, understanding user requirements etc.
  • Enable successful roll-out of the platform to clients
  • Collaborate with our partners to set up or configure the platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot issues raised by clients; where appropriate, to escalate issues to our partners/principals
  • Gather clients’ feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services and feedback to partners/principals
  • Identify opportunities for clients to act as aAdvantage advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
