Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance)


We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team on a remote basis. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates to fill various positions within our organisation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies, including recruitment events and career talks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates.

  • Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.

  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance existing recruiting procedures and processes.

  • Act as a positive ambassador for our company brand at all times while upholding strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma; on-the-job training provided.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Familiarity with recruiting trends and best practices.
