Job Description

Position Title: Fintech Administrative Executive

Location: Work from Home


Sentience Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Fintech Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on fintech products, compiling product details, performing industry analysis, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as strong organizational skills to handle delegations from overseas stakeholders. Additionally, the Fintech Administrative Executive will be involved in designing product advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research on various fintech products and solutions, including but not limited to payment systems, blockchain technology, digital banking, and financial management platforms.
  2. Compile comprehensive and detailed product descriptions, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  3. Perform in-depth analysis of the fintech industry, identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
  4. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, organizing research findings, and creating reports.
  5. Draft documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  6. Coordinate and manage delegations from overseas stakeholders, including the CEO and Board members, by arranging logistics, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create advertisements for fintech products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  8. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.


  1. We warmly welcome graduates from Polytechnics and Junior Colleges
  2. While preferred, prior experience in research, data/product analysis, or administrative roles is not mandatory. 
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  7. Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/Illustrator/Canva/etc.) is a plus.
  8. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
