Data Reconciliation Assistant (Temporary)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist to onboard data from excel onto MRI software (real estate software) – Training will be provided
- Data entry of property leases / market assumptions into interface
- Comparing differences between excel data and MRI output
- Rectifying and reconciling differences between excel data and MRI output
- Assist in building database of property owners
Job Requirement
- Candidate to possess at least Diploma in any specialisation
- Undergraduate students or students waiting to attend University are welcomed to apply
- Good excel knowledge
- Basic accounting knowledge
