Who are we looking for:

We’re seeking Sales Associates to join the 4B team. You are responsible for the day-to-day business in the store and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved. The sales associates are to perform their given tasks in accordance with company's requirements.

• Deliver consistent, friendly, and responsive service to customers at all times.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales
• Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service
• Performing sales transactions
• Recommend products based on customers’ requirements
• Ensure all products, information/promotion items are well displayed
• Responsible for inventory movements and in-store visual merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas
• Handle customers enquires, feedback and after-sales services

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience will be preferred
• Good command in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
• Good oral communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, mature, and good team player
• Able to work retail hours; 2 days off per week
• Singaporeans and PR are welcome to apply
• Full Time/ Part Time are welcome (Basic + Comm)
