Job Description

This role sits at the front end of the business — helping identify, approach, and support relationships with retailers, hotels, corporates, and brand partners across Southeast Asia.

You’ll support outreach, research, and deal preparation, working closely with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build lists of:
    • Retailers & department stores
    • Hotels & hospitality gift shops
    • Corporate gifting buyers (banks, law firms, MNCs)
  • Support outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp drafts)
  • Track conversations and follow-ups in simple CRM / spreadsheets
  • Help prepare:
    • Partner pitch decks
    • Pricing summaries
    • Market entry overviews
  • Support coordination with overseas brands (samples, pricing, next steps)
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and calls

Who You Are

  • Clear communicator (written English matters)
  • Commercially curious — you want to understand how deals actually happen
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Interested in sales, partnerships, consulting, or entrepreneurship
  • Not afraid to follow up and push things forward
