108 Growth Partners is a Strategy & Management Consulting firm based in Singapore. We work with leading public and private sector organisations on business strategy, transformation, process improvement, and operating model design.
We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented intern to support live consulting projects, business development activities, and selected AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on business consulting internship. The intern will support live client engagements, contribute to business research and analysis, and assist in preparing high-quality consulting deliverables.
The role requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, clear writing, and the ability to follow guidance carefully. AI knowledge is helpful, but the immediate priority is strong consulting project support and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Business Consultancy
• Support live consulting projects for reputed public and private sector clients
• Perform primary and secondary research and gather information from various sources
• Organise and analyse information into clear, structured outputs
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, process documents, and other consulting deliverables
• Review documents carefully for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and formatting quality
• Maintain high standards of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
Business Development
• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and opportunities
• Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, credentials, and thought leadership materials
• Support market and industry research for business development initiatives
AI-Enabled Productivity Support
• Use AI tools to support research, synthesis, drafting, and document review where relevant
• Test and develop AI-enabled workflows for consulting work and business development
• Explore ways to improve internal productivity using AI tools
Who This Role Is For
• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think clearly, structure information, and solve problems
• Ability to work independently after guidance is provided
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AI tools would be an advantage
• Based in Singapore

Qualification
• Undergraduate in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines
