We are looking for an intern who wishes to gain hands-on experience across business development, marketing, data analytics and process innovation. You’ll work alongside different teams, contribute to real business initiatives, and explore how technology and AI tools can help us work smarter and more effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, intermediary engagement activities and initiatives that support business growth.
• Assist in developing engaging marketing materials, tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve our outreach.
• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and tracking tools to help monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate projects, align deliverables and keep business initiatives moving forward.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes and leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity.
• Support ad-hoc projects and explore new ideas that contribute to team effectiveness and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Able to manage tasks, stay on top of deadlines and work independently when needed.
• Willing to take initiative, ask questions and turn ideas into action.
• Comfortable working with data, interpreting information and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Confident working with different stakeholders and communicating ideas clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and keen to explore AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems.
• Experience with dashboard development, workflow automation, Canva or other digital tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn matters just as much.
