We are looking for passionate and service-oriented candidates to join our client team as a Butler Intern at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in luxury hospitality operations and personalized guest services.
Butler Internship at 5-Star Luxury Hotel (Sentosa Island)
INTERNSHIP POSITION: Butler
LOCATION: Sentosa Island (Employees shuttle van from and to HarbourFront MRT Station is provided)
EMPLOYER: 5 Star International Luxury Hotel
MONTHLY INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE: S$1100 (Excluding Overtime)
WORKING DAYS: 5 days per week
WORKING HOURS: 44 Hours per week
INTERNSHIP DURATION: Minimum 6 Months
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently studying in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Professional English communication is required.
INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B departments and other duties
- Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally and courteously.
- ****** guests to rooms and provide room orientation.
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and personalized service.
- Support VIP guest arrangements and special requests.
- Maintain professional grooming and service standards at all times.
