Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Front Desk Operations: Provide front desk support and manage student registration, walk-ins, and parent inquiries.
  • Centre Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory management. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with parents/guardians and students. Respond to queries and follow-ups in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage class scheduling, student records, and relevant reports. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth class operations and effective communication with parents regarding student progress. Assist in the preparation of lesson material.
  • Finance-related: Handle financial aspects related to enrolment and operations, including monitoring and reconciling payments, processing refunds, and managing budgetary considerations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic and creative teams for the effective running of the centre.

Requirements

  • A service-oriented individual with a friendly disposition. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable as a front-line representative. 
  • Availability to work weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend), with shifts as follows: 
    • Weekdays: 12 PM to 9:30 PM / 10.30am to 7.30pm 
    • Weekend: 8 AM to 5 PM
